Mike Doolittle is a Manufacturing Consultant who specializes in optimizing profits, sales, and growth for small to mid-sized manufacturers. He has worked with a wide variety of companies around the US to significantly increase productivity and drive meaningful improvements.

With 15 years’ experience in high-precision aerospace and medical manufacturing operations, Mike knows the challenges that many manufacturers face in growing and maintaining a competitive edge. He learned first-hand how Theory of Constraints, Lean, and Six Sigma techniques produce rapid, sustainable bottom-line improvements for Fortune 500 companies. However, Mike recognized that small and mid-sized manufacturers are more agile and can achieve substantial results much faster. Therefore, he has made it his goal to bring these programs to as many companies as possible, giving small to mid-size manufacturers the competitive edge.

Mike holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and has earned several professional certifications in lean manufacturing, leadership, and operations management.
